Guitarist, David Field , and I will be presenting poems and music in the town of Sonoma. Poet, John O’Reilly, will open. This is the first public sharing of my work in one and a half years. Hallelujah! Here’s a poem from Songs from a Small Universe that we’ll perform: The Overnight
I’ll be at an author table between 11 to 11:45am with books and bird poems, one or two illustrated by Theadora Block. Please join me and other nature authors. Sponsored by Sonoma Birding in partnership with California State Parks. (here)
I hope to share some poems and viewpoints prior to the Nature and Optics Festival (20th), which will be hosting 57 Nature non-profits from Northern California .
I think you might enjoy this interview which was aired August 2nd, 2015, on KRCB, the Rohnert Park/Santa Rosa station. I was very focused at the time because of the likelihood of a major operation looming.
The interview should be accessible for a few months here. It starts at 31 minutes 30 seconds and lasts 17 minutes.
